Wayfinding Signage Revamp at Mt. San Antonio Gardens
In the heart of the Claremont and Pomona area of Southern California lies Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a nationally recognized non-profit Life Plan Community. Our latest project at Mt. San Antonio Gardens (MSAG), featured in the July issue of Signs of the Times magazine alongside two other wayfinding projects, showcases A&I’s expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing wayfinding systems. When MSAG sought to refresh its exterior wayfinding and directional signage, A&I was privileged to take on this transformative project.
At A&I, we understand the integral role signage plays in guiding and representing a community. Our first step was to familiarize ourselves with the essence of the Mt. San Antonio Gardens brand. We meticulously designed signage in color and theme that seamlessly integrated with the community’s branding, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious visual identity throughout.
Merging Form and Functionality: Branding Harmony for Wayfinding
For the Mt. San Antonio Gardens community, every sign was thoughtfully crafted to guide and enhance the surroundings’ overall aesthetic appeal. Replacements and additions of wayfinding and double-sided directional street signs throughout the community were fabricated in aluminum and included a lifetime warranty. Our signs complemented the lush garden landscape, embodying elegance and functionality.
Elevating Accessibility: ADA Compliance at The Cedars
With our expertise in ADA Compliance, A&I took strides to ensure ease of navigation for all residents and visitors of The Cedars, the latest addition to the community complex. Rising three stories high, The Cedars boasts 53 exquisitely designed apartment homes. We executed our carefully crafted signage solution plan with the same level of expertise and attention to detail as the entirety of the project.
Navigating Comfortably: The Cottages Dual-Sided Directional Signs
Within The Cottages, another resident area, directional signs were replaced with colorful and updated dual-sided counterparts, facilitating easy navigation from any direction. To ensure longevity and reliability, these signs were printed on aluminum and protected with a UV overcoat, effectively guiding residents and guests for years to come.
Crafting Quality Solutions: Seamless Navigation
From concept to design to installation, A&I prioritized the highest quality in every aspect of the new signage creation. Recognizing the durability and longevity requirements of outdoor signage, we ensured our products were built to withstand the test of time, providing peace of mind to the Mt. San Antonio Gardens staff and residents.
The updated signage A&I created for Mt. San Antonio Gardens epitomizes our commitment to innovation, excellence, and community enhancement. By seamlessly merging form and functionality, prioritizing accessibility, and crafting quality solutions for ease of navigation, we have elevated their signage and refreshed the overall experience for visitors and all who call Mt. San Antonio Gardens home.
Whether you’re seeking to update your brand identity, enhance accessibility, or upgrade your signage for longevity and impact, we’re here to help. A&I can create signage solutions that guide, inspire, and elevate your company or community’s experience.
